Spain midfielder Andres Iniesta has insisted that Spain are taking the threat of Tahiti seriously ahead of their Confederations Cup Group B clash.
Iniesta said that Spain would only be thinking of how to get the win and not how many goals they can put past Tahiti, who were beaten 6-1 in their opening game by Nigeria.
"Against Tahiti we'll go out to compete and to win," Iniesta told reporters. "We won't be thinking about how many goals we're going to score against them.
"We'll play with respect and to qualify. We respect Tahiti as we do any other squad.
"It's a privilege to play in Brazil and in Maracana. We'll try to do a good job and win. It's great for us that the people here in Brazil like our style of football."
Iniesta has 83 caps for Spain.
