Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has revealed that Harry Kane may not start against Qarabag FK in his side's Europa League match.
Spurs can seal their place in the next phase of the competition with a victory in Azerbaijan on Thursday.
However, Pochettino has conceded that Kane, along with his fellow England internationals, have played a lot of football in recent weeks, and is fearful of overworking his young players.
The Argentine told reporters: "We will see tomorrow if Kane plays. This is a problem we have had in the last few weeks, the international players play a lot; Kane, [Dele] Alli, [Kyle] Walker, [Eric] Dier.
"The competition is very tough and it's not easy to manage that. But always we try to assess and analyse to make the correct decision."
Tottenham play Qarabag on Thursday before their Premier League showdown against Chelsea on Sunday at White Hart Lane.
