Nabil Bentaleb: 'Tottenham Hotspur not out for revenge'

Nabil Bentaleb insists that Tottenham are not out for revenge when they travel to Newcastle United in the Premier League this evening.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nabil Bentaleb has insisted that the team is not out for revenge when they travel to Newcastle United in the Premier League tonight.

Spurs were beaten 1-0 by the Magpies in the reverse fixture at White Hart Lane three months ago.

Despite that result, Bentaleb claims that he and his teammates are only concerned with picking up another three points this evening.

"We don't look too much into the past now, we just have to look forward," the 19-year-old told the club's official website. "We're going to treat every game like it's a cup final and we're going for the win, obviously.

"We know we have all the tools to beat anyone in the Premier League, so we just have to keep on going in that direction."

Spurs head to St James' Park in fifth place in the Premier League table.
