Paulinho considering Tottenham Hotspur future

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Paulinho admits that he is considering his future at the club.

Paulinho has revealed that he could move back to his native Brazil if he continues to struggle for first-team football at Tottenham Hotspur.

The 26-year-old midfielder has made just seven appearances in all competitions this season, leading to speculation over his future at White Hart Lane.

Spurs coach Mauricio Pochettino recently insisted that he was not willing to let Paulinho go, but the Brazilian admits that he may be forced out of the club in the near future.

"I have always been sincere," he told Lance!. "A player always wants to play. You can see that I am playing few games at Tottenham. Maybe it's time to look for the opportunity to go back. There is interest from Brazilian and European clubs, but nothing official yet.

"I always try to fulfil my contracts in the best way possible. Tottenham invested big money for my transfer. It might work out or not, as with any player. Today there is no way I think about a transfer because there are still two months until the next window opens."

Tottenham signed Paulinho from Corinthians in summer 2013 for £17m.
