Swansea City midfielder Leon Britton believes that the club's supporters are fully behind head coach Garry Monk following Michael Laudrup's dismissal.
Monk, who has been at the club as a player for 10 years, has recorded a win, draw and defeat since taking over earlier this month at the Liberty Stadium.
"He's been here as a leader on the pitch for years and now he's the leader off it so it has felt like a natural transition for him," Britton told the club's official website.
"He has a great understanding of the game and we've seen that with his tactical analysis already. The board and players know him well, he's well respected and I think the fans have really got behind him too."
The Swans are due to take on Napoli in their Europa League encounter on home turf this Thursday.
