Swansea City midfielder Jay Fulton has joined Wigan Athletic on loan until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old has made 19 Premier League appearances for the Swans but has struggled for game time this term, with just three outings for the first team.
Fulton passed his medical with the League One leaders on Thursday, and manager Paul Cook has admitted that he is eager to work with the former Falkirk man.
"Jay will fit right in here," Cook told the official Latics website. "It is a good move for him and we are really looking forward to working with him and integrating him into our squad."
Fulton, who joins James Vaughan and Jamie Walker through the door at the DW Stadium this month, could make his debut for his new side in the FA Cup fourth-round clash against West Ham United.
