West Bromwich Albion head coach Alan Irvine has said that he is focused on turning the club's fortunes around rather than making additions to the squad in January.
The Scot has come under increasing pressure following Sunday's 2-0 defeat to Stoke City, which leaves them just one point above the relegation zone.
With the Baggies tipped to strengthen when the transfer window opens, Irvine insists that he will leave transfer dealings to other people at the club.
When asked about potential new signings, Irvine told FourFourTwo: "I don't know. I'm not really too sure whether we'll be able to do anything or not at this stage.
"As I've said before, I'm employed to work with the players that we have and I am happy to do that."
West Brom are currently 16th in the table.
