Former Scotland international Gordon Ross has been appointed as the assistant manager of former Aviva Premiership outfit London Welsh.
The 35-year-old, who joined the Exiles from Saracens in 2009, will reportedly still be available to represent the team in a playing capacity.
"I've worked under some very good coaches over the years and hopefully I can use some of things I've picked up from them with the London Welsh squad next season," he told the club's official website.
"It was disappointing last year to get relegated but this is a new challenge. There are a lot of new faces at the club but I'm looking forward to working closely with Justin to get the squad gelling together as quickly as possible so we're ready for the start of the Championship season."
Welsh were relegated from the Premiership last season.
