Northampton Saints have confirmed that Leicester Tigers forward Jamie Gibson will join the club at the end of the season.
The 24-year-old has made nearly 50 appearances for the Tigers since he arrived at Welford Road from London Irish in 2013.
"Jamie has shown repeatedly at London Irish, Leicester and in England representative teams that he is a player with a big future, and we're delighted that he has put pen to paper to join the Saints," director of rugby Jim Mallinder told Northampton's official website.
"Back-row is an important part of the team, and while we have some outstanding talent in that area we are confident that Jamie can supplement the players that we already have."
Aviva Premiership champions Northampton are currently at the top of the table, one point clear of chasing Bath.
