Novak Djokovic has said that he produced a "great performance" in his Australian Open quarter-final against Milos Raonic.
The Serbian moved through to his 25th Grand Slam semi-final as he beat the Canadian in straight sets 7-6(5) 6-4 6-2, and he suggested that his form on serve is crucial to his recent displays.
"Great, great performance. Definitely no complaints, I returned very well and tried to get many of the balls back. Obviously I feel like I have a good chance from the back of the court and some games I had to just let him serve and wait for the opportunity and obviously try to use them and that's what I've done," he told Jim Courier on court after the match.
"Well, there are not many tournaments where I drop serve just once. I should enjoy it right now, it feels like Boris Becker on the court. Now we know how he feels when he plays, with the serves."
Djokovic will face Stanislas Wawrinka in the semi-final.
