Bernard Tomic reveals that he is pleased with his form at the Australian Open.

Bernard Tomic has revealed that he has been pleased with his form at the Australian Open.

The 19-year-old advanced through to round three of the competition earlier today with a four-set win over American Sam Querrey.

Speaking after his latest victory, Tomic also admitted that he is happy with the tactical aspect of his game.

"I was happy to win that first round," Tomic said. "Now to win the second and play well, and come back from another set behind was really good.

"I consider myself very smart and tactical, so it's a good thing.

"I know where to get balls to the opponents, like where I can create good shots for me."

Tomic will now play 13th seed Alexandr Dolgopolov in the next round.
