Sara Errani was lost for words following her French Open semi-final win against Samantha Stosur on Thursday.
The Italian number 21 seed ousted the US Open winner 7-5 1-6 6-3 on Court Suzanne Lenglen to reach her first Grand Slam final.
"It's incredible for me," she said. "I didn't expect it, and I'm here. So, I don't know what to say."
Errani will take on Maria Sharapova in Sunday's final after the Russian beat Petra Kvitova in straight sets.
