Ivan Lendl is confident that he can help guide Andy Murray to the first Grand Slam title of his career.
Lendl found himself in a similar position to Murray, having lost in four major finals before hiring Australian coach Tony Roche.
He then went on to win eight Grand Slams and Lendl is hoping to have a similar impact on the Great British number one.
"To me this is like Groundhog Day, I have been in this movie," Lendl told The Times.
"I was that player once, who needed something to help make it work, it was the same as I was before I hired Rochey. What happened then changed my career around.
"What excites me about this partnership? More than anything, it is simply that this is absolutely the best match-up."
The only Grand Slam that 51-year-old Lendl failed to win was Wimbledon.
