Maria Sharapova has booked her place in the Wimbledon semi-finals through a straight-sets win against Dominika Cibulkova.
Cilbulkova, who has won the last two of their four meetings, won her first game on service but failed to maintain her ground as Sharapova went on to win the next six games to hold the set in 27 minutes.
The fifth seed held her form in the second set to win 6-1 6-1.
The 2004 champion will meet Sabine Lisicki - who earlier beat Marion Bartoli 6-4 6-7 (4-7) 6-1 - in the semi-finals.
