Ajax coach Frank de Boer is confident that his side can win against Borussia Dortmund in their opening game of the Champions League on Tuesday.
The Dutch champions are in Germany for their Group D opener, and the 42-year-old is aiming for maximum points.
"No matter how Dortmund group their midfield, we will try to play between their lines," he is quoted as saying by Uefa.com. "It depends a bit on the way their central defenders play.
"[Marco] Reus and [Mario] Gotze are both outstanding players but it doesn't really matter if Klopp decides to play both of them together. We would not be really surprised by this.
"We have a very young side who still need to gain experience and that's how I and the players see these games – as an opportunity to collect experience. Of course, we still want to win them."
De Boer added that he is impressed with Dortmund's playing football.
"I wouldn't say Dortmund play untypical football for a German team," he said. "They have a huge work ethic, they are very energetic, but they play attractive attacking football."
In the other Group D game on Tuesday, Spanish champions Real Madrid will host their English counterparts Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu.
