Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has claimed that Jack Wilshere is on track to return to fitness.
The England international missed the Gunners' first two games of the season after suffering a hairline fracture on his left fibula during a training session earlier this month.
Last week, Wenger confirmed that Wilshere was a fortnight away from returning to action, and it appears as though the midfielder remains on track.
"Wilshere should be the first back from [the injured] players," Wenger told the club's official website. "He is making good progress."
Meanwhile, Wenger has revealed that Tomas Rosicky is "far away" from first-team football after undergoing knee surgery.
