Arsenal players 'frustrated by Unai Emery training'

Arsenal players are reportedly confused by manager Unai Emery's methods on the training ground, having blown a 2-0 lead in farcical fashion against Watford on Sunday.

Arsenal players are reportedly growing tired of manager Unai Emery's repetitive training methods.

The Gunners blew a 2-0 lead against Watford at Vicarage Road on Sunday leading to heavy scrutiny of the north Londoners.

According to The Athletic, certain Arsenal players have been left bewildered by the Spaniard's training sessions and instructions.

Watford had 31 shots on goal during Sunday's 2-2 draw, and were unlucky not to take all three points when Abdoulaye Doucoure shot at Bernd Leno in stoppage time.

Pressure is mounting on Arsenal to secure Champions League football after facing three years out of Europe's premier competition.

Emery next takes his side to Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League on Thursday night, before a return to Premier League action against Aston Villa at the Emirates on Sunday.
