Arsenal have allegedly made progress in negotiations over a deal for Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.
The financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic are expected to result in Arsenal enduring a quieter transfer window than they had initially planned.
However, according to French journalist Manu Lonjon, the Gunners have been holding discussions regarding Szoboszlai, who could move to a high-profile European side later in 2020.
When asked who is prepared to rival Paris Saint-Germain for the Hungary international's signature, Lonjon claimed that Arsenal and AC Milan are in advanced talks.
With the 19-year-old having just two years remaining on his contract, Salzburg will consider offers for one of their key men this summer.
Szoboszlai, who may cost in the region of £25m, has contributed 15 goals and 22 assists from his 58 outings for the Austrian club.
