Roma have reportedly already had two offers for Henrikh Mkhitaryan rejected by Arsenal.
The 31-year-old has spent the 2019-20 campaign on loan with Roma, contributing six goals and four assists in 20 appearances for the Italian outfit in all competitions.
As it stands, the attacker will return to the Emirates Stadium this summer, but the Serie A giants are said to be keen on a permanent deal.
According to The Express, Roma have had two offers for the Armenia international - the latest of which was in the region of £10m - rejected by the Gunners.
The report claims that Mikel Arteta's side are looking for around £18m for the attacker, who has a contract with his parent club until the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
Mkhitaryan has scored nine times and registered 13 assists in 59 appearances for Arsenal since joining the capital club from Manchester United in January 2018.
