Bristol City manager Sean O'Driscoll has compared Blackburn Rovers striker Jordan Rhodes to Alan Shearer after his performance against the Robins.
The 22-year-old netted a brace to secure his century of career league goals in Rovers' 2-0 win against City at Ewood Park on Saturday.
Despite Rhodes's starring display, O'Driscoll is unhappy with the way his side wasted their chances.
"Jordan Rhodes has proved his worth with a goal from a corner and one off the shoulder," said O'Driscoll. "Alan Shearer is the best I've seen at doing what Rhodes does, so he's in good company.
"We lost our shape; it can't happen again. We have to be organised from the first kick to the last. We had the two best chances in the first half.
"I'm disappointed with the last 20 minutes. Not for their efforts, but for silly decisions."
Bristol remain 23rd in the Championship table.
