The forward has scored six goals in eight games for the Portuguese outfit, and Swans boss Michael Laudrup has earmarked him when the transfer windows opens in January, according to The Mirror.
It is unclear if the striker is keen on another move however, having switched to Braga from Academica in the summer.
The 24-year-old has four caps at international level for Portugal.
