Brentford have announced that Jonathan Douglas has put pen to paper on a new contract at Griffin Park.
The 33-year-old midfielder's fresh terms, which expire in the summer of 2016, include an automatic one-year extension if he plays a certain number of games next season.
Manager Mark Warburton told the club's official website: "Dougie is a player who focuses on his football. The offer has been on the table for some time and he has played exceptionally well for us with a very good level of consistency.
"He is enjoying his football and everyone is delighted he has signed as we move in to the final stretch of the season. We were never worried about whether Dougie would sign."
The Irishman played 171 games for Brentford and scored 14 goals.
