West Ham United are reportedly ready to sell Aaron Cresswell, if they receive a fee of around £20m for the full-back.
Cresswell has impressed for the Hammers since joining from Ipswich Town last summer and is believed to be attracting interest from a number of Premier League clubs.
According to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are looking to take Cresswell to Stamford Bridge as a replacement for Filipe Luis, who is expected to leave the Blues at the end of the season.
Luis is said to be unhappy since moving to the Premier League leaders and has struggled to secure regular first-team football with the West London outfit.
West Ham want to retain Cresswell's services, but may be tempted to do business for a fee of at least £20m.
