Luka Milivojevic: 'Crystal Palace must improve against Manchester United'

Crystal Palace midfielder Luka Milivojevic admits that the Eagles must produce an improved performance to earn anything against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

Luka Milivojevic has suggested that Crystal Palace will suffer a heavy defeat against Manchester United if they do not improve their performances.

While United have impressed in their opening two Premier League outings, Palace have registered just one point and failed to score against either Everton or Sheffield United.

The defeat against the latter has left Milivojevic concerned ahead of the trip to Old Trafford, and the Serbian has claimed that the Eagles could lose by more than a one-goal margin like they did at Bramall Lane.

Referring to the setback against the Blades, the 28-year-old is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "It is a place where we didn't expect to lose the points. We didn't play good enough, we didn't create enough. From keeper to striker we were not good enough and that decided it.

"In the second half, we didn't create and we didn't control. That surprised me and it was a second half to forget and correct, and to prepare for next week -[against United] much, much better - because I think it could be worse than this weekend."

Palace currently sit in 14th position in the Premier League standings.
