Besiktas goalkeeper Fabri has reportedly undergone a medical at Fulham ahead of a £5m move to the Premier League side.
The 30-year-old started all 34 of Besiktas's Super Lig games last season and has also previously represented Deportivo La Coruna, Real Betis and Real Valladolid in his native Spain.
Last week, Fabri revealed that the two clubs had been in negotiations, with a verbal agreement already in place for his move to Craven Cottage.
According to Sky Sports News, the Spaniard is now ticking off the formalities of the move and is likely to sign imminently for the West London club.
Fulham have already signed Jean Michael Seri and Maxime Le Marchand from Nice this summer and are thought to be in talks over signing Aleksandar Mitrovic from Newcastle United.
