The agent of Lazio midfielder Hernanes has claimed that his client will not be leaving the Italian club in the near future.
Hernanes's form this season has reportedly attracted interest from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur but his representative has revealed that the 26-year-old is happy in Italy.
Joseph Lee told Lalaziosiamonoi: "I met with President [Claudio] Lotito in February and he confirmed to me to not absolutely want to sell Hernanes.
"The interest of other clubs? Nobody asked me for Hernanes or opened a negotiation with me, many called me and were interested but it was just talk.
"Hernanes, his wife and children are very well in Rome and have no desire to leave Italy. Hernanes has a contract until 2015 and wants to honour it, he will remain at Lazio."
Hernanes has played eight times for Brazil.
