Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has been training with the England senior team ahead of the international friendlies against the Netherlands and Italy.
Alexander-Arnold missed out on a spot in the latest senior England squad, but was named in Aidy Boothroyd's England Under-21s squad for the matches against Romania and Ukraine.
The right-back was invited to train with Gareth Southgate's team at St George's Park on Tuesday, however, suggesting that he is in the thoughts of the Three Lions boss ahead of the 2018 World Cup.
The 19-year-old has made 22 appearances for Liverpool in all competitions during the 2017-18 campaign.
England will face the Netherlands in Amsterdam on Friday before taking on Italy at Wembley next Tuesday.
