Juventus 'planning big-money bid for Mohamed Salah'

Juventus are reportedly readying a big-money approach for Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah, whose contract at Anfield is due to expire in 2023.

Juventus have reportedly identified Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah as a potential transfer target ahead of the summer transfer window.

Salah has already established legendary status at Anfield, scoring 153 goals from 229 appearances and winning the Premier League and Champions League with the club.

However, the Egypt international has just over 15 months remaining on his contract and, if reports are to be believed, has little intention of extending his stay on Merseyside.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus are ready to capitalise on the situation by offering Salah a four-year contract to move to Turin.

The report claims that the Serie A giants are prepared to pay the 29-year-old as much as £10m per year with space being freed up on the wage bill due to Paulo Dybala's future exit on a free transfer.

Liverpool will be keen to avoid a similar situation with Salah and may be willing to consider offers in the region of £50m later this year.
