Joe Hart praises Manchester City's adaptability after win over Crystal Palace

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart praises his side's adaptability as they defeat Crystal Palace 3-0 at the Etihad in the Premier League.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has hailed his side's adaptability as they overcame Crystal Palace with a 3-0 victory in the Premier League.

City boss Manuel Pellegrini decided to change his team's shape because of injuries, and it produced no negative effects as goals from David Silva and Yaya Toure earned a comfortable win.

"It was a fantastic performance. Millie came in and did brilliant for us up there, worked hard. David and Samir [Nasri] and Yaya, they link up so well and with Zaba and Ali [Aleksandar Kolarov] bombing on it's difficult for any team," Hart told BT Sport.

"We're in a situation at the moment, but we've not complained about it, we've just changed our system and we've won 3-0.

"We're a team of winners, we've been together for a long time. The lads who've come in have realised that we play to win even in difficult times."

Hart recently agreed a new contract with the club, keeping him at City until the end of the 2018-19 season.
