Facundo Pellistri has said that he is "very happy" at Manchester United, with the attacker targeting more first-team minutes after making his debut on Tuesday night.
The 21-year-old was introduced in the latter stages of the EFL Cup quarter-final with Charlton Athletic, and he provided an assist for Marcus Rashford during a strong cameo.
Pellistri will now be bidding to make the squad for Saturday's Premier League clash with Manchester City, but he is currently being heavily linked with a move away from the club.
A number of teams, including Championship side Watford, are believed to be keen to sign the Uruguay international on loan for the second half of the 2022-23 campaign.
However, Pellistri has suggested that he wants to stay at Old Trafford and fight for his spot.

"[It was] amazing," Pellistri told MUTV. "I have been waiting for this moment for a long time, and it came. Of course, I'm really happy because of the moment and the way it was, and that is incredible.
"I had the luck to be at Old Trafford in other squads, but unluckily I didn't enter the pitch to play. I looked at the crowd and all the time I thought 'when will my moment arrive to play?' And today was the day and I enjoyed it a lot.
"Yes of course [I was eager to play]. I am very happy, and I want to help my teammates to achieve all the trophies that we have in mind and to win every game we have because this is an incredible club and very big.
"All players want to play and of course I want more. I will fight and train hard to continue this way."

According to The Athletic, Man United will meet with Pellistri's agents this week to determine the best course of action for the Uruguay international.
The attacker is said to be against joining a Championship club on loan, but Valencia have emerged as possible contenders for his signature on a short-term basis.
Pellistri, who has a contract at Old Trafford until June 2025, made 37 appearances for Penarol before arriving at Man United in October 2020.
The forward has had two separate loan spells at Alaves during his time with the Red Devils, meanwhile, featuring on 35 occasions in total for the Spanish outfit.
Man United boss Erik ten Hag was full of praise for the youngster following his debut against Charlton.
