Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday have been charged by the Football Association for failing to control their players during Tuesday evening's Championship match.
Both sides finished the 1-1 draw with 10 men following the dismissals of Millwall's Shane Lowry and Wednesday's Giles Coke.
A statement on the FA's official website read: "Both Millwall and Sheffield Wednesday have been charged by the FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour.
"The charge relates to an incident in or around the 88th minute of their match on Tuesday [28 January 2014]."
Both clubs have until 6pm on February 3 to respond to the charge.
