Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse will quit the club after branding their shirt sponsor immoral.
The Senegal international, who is Muslim, has religious objections to wearing the shirt, sponsored by short-term loan company Wonga.
He was left out of the club's pre-season tour to Portugal and, according to The Mirror, Cisse will quit the club and move to Russia.
Cisse's agent Madou Diene told CNN: "He feels that it is immoral."
The striker is now ready to quit the club, with Rubin Kazan in pole position for his signature. Borussia Dortmund and several clubs in France are also said to be interested.
If that happens, then the Magpies will look to Bafetimbi Gomis as a replacement for Cisse. The Lyon star could be available for around £5m after announcing that he wants to leave the Ligue 1 outfit.
