Nottingham Forest boss Billy Davies has been given a five-match touchline ban by the Football Association after admitting a charge of misconduct.
The Scot has also been fined £9,000 following a breach of two FA rules during his side's match against Leicester City on February 19.
"Davies admitted the first breach that he used abusive and/or insulting words and/or behaviour towards the Match Referee in or around the tunnel area at half time of this fixture," read an official FA statement.
"However, he denied the second breach of improper conduct, which alleged that he deliberately made contact with the Match Referee. This charge was found proven."
Davies will start his suspension on Saturday when Forest travel to Barnsley in the Championship.
