Queens Park Rangers duo Shaun Derry and Clint Hill have confessed that they are both limited footballers.
The duo, who joined the R's on free transfers from Crystal Palace in 2010, have earned themselves a reputation as hard working players who always put in 100% for their team's cause.
"We are about desire and work-rate and togetherness as footballers. That's been our label throughout our careers and I'm not embarrassed to say it's what we bring to the table," Derry told Sky Sports News.
"That's why we're footballers, because we possess those kind of qualities. I think it's needed at a football club."
QPR captain Hill added: "It's definitely something I'm proud of, too. It's fair to say we haven't got a lot of talent. We know what we do well and what we can't."
Derry and Hill were frozen out by former manager Mark Hughes, but have featured on a regular basis since Harry Redknapp took charge last November.
