Queens Park Rangers have announced that veteran defender Clint Hill has signed a new one-year contract in West London.
The 36-year-old will enter a sixth season with Rangers in the Championship next term.
Hill told the club website that he had surprised himself with his own longevity in recent years.
"Everyone knows what QPR means to me and I am delighted to be part of the new philosophy that's filtering through the club," he said. "It's exciting times, and there's been a lot of good work done behind the scenes.
"My longevity has surprised me – and it's probably surprised a few others as well. But I've looked after myself well over the years, and I'm still going somehow!
"This season I want to remain fit and put pressure on players that are in the team. I want to set standards in training and prove to myself that I can still do this."
Hill has made 170 appearances in all competitions for QPR since joining from Crystal Palace in 2010.
