Team News: Danny Williams passed fit for Reading

Reading's Danny Williams recovers from a thigh strain to face Bournemouth.

Reading's Danny Williams has been passed fit for this afternoon's Championship clash with Bournemouth.

The midfielder was touch and go after picking up a thigh strain in midweek, but was handed a place in the starting XI following an assessment.

Royston Drenthe misses out for the hosts, but the Dutchman is said to be close to recovering from the foot injury that has kept him sidelined for three months.

Bournemouth have made two changes, bringing Lewis Grabban and Eunan O'Kane back to the starting lineup, while Ian Harte takes up a place on the bench.

Reading: McCarthy; Gunter, Cummings, Gorkss, Pearce; Guthrie, Obita, Williams; McCleary, Robson-Kanu, Sharp

Bournemouth: Camp, Francis, Cook, Elphick, Daniels, Arter, O'Kane, Surman, Ritchie, Grabban, Pugh
