Tottenham Hotspur defender Cristian Romero is reportedly set to miss three weeks of action with a minor hamstring strain.
The Argentina international played 53 minutes of the Albiceleste's World Cup Qualifying draw with Brazil on Tuesday evening before having to be withdrawn.
There were fears that Romero could be set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines with the problem, but Spurs will reportedly not be forced to cope without the centre-back for long.
According to George Bannister via Daily Hotspur, Romero's hamstring strain is just a minor one, and he should be in line to return against Rennes in the Europa Conference League on December 9.
As a result, Romero is set to sit out clashes with Leeds United, Burnley, Brentford and Norwich City, as well as his side's trip to Mura in the Conference League.
The 23-year-old has played the full 90 minutes in Tottenham's last five Premier League games but picked up four yellow cards in that stretch.
