AC Milan are reportedly eyeing a summer move for Tottenham Hotspur attacker Steven Bergwijn.
The 24-year-old was strongly linked with a move to Ajax during the January transfer window, but the deadline passed with the Netherlands international still in North London.
Bergwijn still has more than three years left to run on his contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, having only arrived from PSV Eindhoven in January 2020.
The Dutchman has found it difficult to make his mark this term, though, managing just three goals and two assists in 19 appearances in all competitions, while he has just 12 league outings to his name in 2021-22.
A number of clubs are believed to be keeping an eye on his situation with Antonio Conte's side, and according to Calciomercato, Milan are firmly in the race for his signature.
The report claims that the Italian giants are determined to boost their attacking options ahead of the 2022-23 campaign and view Bergwijn as the ideal addition this summer.
The former Ajax youngster, who has featured in his team's last four Premier League games, has scored seven times and registered 10 assists in 69 appearances for Spurs in all competitions.
