Everton are reportedly interested in bringing Danny Rose to the club this summer as part of their defensive overhaul.

Everton are reportedly interested in bringing Danny Rose to Goodison Park this summer in a £40m move.

The Tottenham Hotspur left-back has been linked with a move away from the club as Manchester United and Manchester City have expressed interest in the past.

However, the England international is wanted by Everton as part of their defensive overhaul this transfer window, according to The Sun.

The report adds that current Toffees left-back Leighton Baines has attracted interest from America, and could leave Merseyside after 11 years at the club.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is reported to value Rose at a minimum of £40m.
