Stoke boss Tony Pulis admits that he is "disappointed" with his side's sixth draw of the season as they are held 0-0 at home to Sunderland.

Stoke City manager Tony Pulis has admitted that he is "disappointed" with his side's goalless draw at home to Sunderland on Saturday.

Neither side was able to make the breakthrough at the Britannia Stadium as the Potters recorded their sixth stalemate of the season.

"We're disappointed. We needed a break but Sunderland have been very strong and were very well set up," Pulis said.

"I thought their keeper was brilliant but it just wasn't our day. I can't remember Asmir Begovic having a save to make."

The point has seen Stoke move up one place to 12th in the Premier League table.
