Olympiakos to battle Sunderland for Carlos Cuellar?

Olympiakos reportedly open talks with Sunderland target Carlos Cuellar.

Olympiakos are reportedly prepared to battle Sunderland for the signature of former Aston Villa defender Carlos Cuellar.

The 30-year-old is available on a free transfer following his release from the Midlands club last month.

Sunderland had already opened talks with Cuellar but the player's representatives have now held discussions with Olympiakos as well, according to the Daily Mail.

La Liga outfit Osasuna are also believed to be interested in signing Cuellar.
