Swansea City are reportedly planning to sack manager Garry Monk within the next 48 hours.
The Welsh outfit have managed to claim just one victory in their last 11 Premier League games, which has left the club just one point above the relegation zone.
There have been rumblings that the Swans will end their 11-year association with Monk, who was promoted to manager in 2014 following a 10-year spell as a player, and according to The Telegraph, the dismissal will be finalised within the next two days.
Some reports have claimed that Swansea will approach their former manager Brendan Rodgers, who joined Liverpool in 2012 following a two-year spell at the Liberty Stadium, where he guided the Welsh club to the top flight.
Rodgers is a free agent after he was sacked by Liverpool in October.
