West Bromwich Albion manager Steve Clarke has revealed that injury-hit winger Zoltan Gera could make an appearance during the Baggies' pre-season friendly against FC Copenhagen.
The Premier League outfit are due to meet the Danish side next week, with Gera likely to be in the squad following a cruciate ligament injury, which limited his appearances to just three last season.
"Zoltan had a long-term injury for 14-15 months, give or take two or three games," Clarke told the Birmingham Mail.
"But he is working every day and showing signs of improvement. If we can get him some time on the pitch in Copenhagen then great, but we won't rush him.
"It's not psychological - he's been in the game long enough to know it's part and parcel that you do get injuries. We will see how the work goes over the weekend."
The Hungarian rejoined the Baggies last season following a three-year stint at Fulham.
