Wigan sign Australian stand-off Blake Green from Hull KR on a two-year contract.

Wigan Warriors have completed the signing of Hull Kingston Rovers stand-off Blake Green for a 'substantial fee'.

The DW Stadium outfit have splashed out for the Australian, who still had two years remaining on his Hull contract.

Blake, who has signed a two-year deal with Wigan, told the club's official website: "I'm really excited to be given the opportunity to play for the Wigan Warriors.

"They are a great club with a proud history which I'm sure will only improve my game

"I am looking forward to this new chapter in my playing career with Wigan and hope to play a key role over the next couple of seasons as the team look to build on recent successes."

The 25-year-old played 30 times for Hull last season, scoring 13 tries.
