Serena Williams has said that she is not focused on her winning streak following her third-round win at the French Open earlier today.
The world number one has won 70 of her 73 matches since losing in the first round at Roland Garros last year.
Speaking after her win against Sorana Cirstea earlier, she said: "I actually don't think about it, and after every match I'm reminded. And, ironically enough, I forget about it as soon as it's done.
"I don't think it's about a winning streak. I think it's about winning important matches and winning the right matches at the right time."
Williams plays Italy's Roberta Vinci in the fourth round.
