Juventus 'eye Arturo Vidal return this summer'

Juventus want to re-sign Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal this summer, according to a report.

Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo is reportedly keen to bring Barcelona midfielder Arturo Vidal back to the club.

The 33-year-old was heavily involved for Barca during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring eight times and providing three assists in 43 appearances in all competitions.

Vidal is allegedly available for transfer this summer, though, as the Catalan giants prepare to overhaul their squad ahead of the new season.

According to La Cuarta, Pirlo has been in contact with his former teammate about the possibility of returning to the Old Lady during this summer's transfer window.

The report claims that Vidal - out of contract next summer - is open to the idea of re-joining the Italian champions.

The Chile international won four Serie A titles and one Coppa Italia during his time with Juve, representing the club on 171 occasions before joining Bayern Munich in 2015.
