Birmingham City have announced that they have signed Burnley striker Lukas Jutkiewicz for a fee of £1m.
Jutkeiwicz signed for Blues on a loan deal at the end of August but his record of six goals from 17 appearances has proven enough to tempt the West Midlands club into a permanent transfer.
The news comes less than a week after Gianfranco Zola was named as the new manager at St Andrew's, just hours after the shock sacking of Gary Rowett.
The well-travelled forward netted in Birmingham's clash with Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend before his team succumbed to a late 2-1 defeat to one of their promotion rivals.
Jutkiewicz ends his association at Turf Moor having failed to net a goal in 35 appearances for the Clarets in all competitions.
