Wolverhampton Wanderers full-back Stephen Ward is close to joining fellow Championship side Brighton & Hove Albion on a permanent deal, according to reports.
The Republic of Ireland international spent last season on loan at the Amex Stdaium, where he made 44 appearances in all competitions.
However, talkSPORT reports that Ward is close to sealing a deal with the Seagulls on a full-time contract.
One player who seems as though he won't be on the South coast next season is Will Buckley, after reports earlier today suggested that the midfielder was close to teaming up with former boss Gus Poyet at Sunderland.
