Crystal Palace will reportedly launch a fresh bid to sign Michy Batshuayi from Chelsea during the January transfer window.
The Belgian striker spent the latter half of the 2018-19 season at Selhurst Park and scored six goals across 11 appearances during a successful spell for the Eagles.
Now back at Chelsea, Batshuayi netted his third goal of the season with an 89th-minute strike during Chelsea's 4-1 win over Southampton at St Mary's.
According to the Daily Mail, Palace are eager to add to their attacking roster in January and view the 26-year-old as a key target.
Alongside a spell under Roy Hodgson, Batshuayi has also had decent loan periods at Valencia and Borussia Dortmund in recent years.
Palace, who are sixth in the Premier League table, hardly spent anything over the summer, with Jordan Ayew - joining for £2.5m - serving as the club's only attacking signing.
