England boss Fabio Capello will turn to youth in a bid to land Euro 2012 glory, according to a source close to the Italian.

Stars including Tottenham's Kyle Walker, Everton's Jack Rodwell, Chelsea's Daniel Sturridge and Manchester United trio Danny Welbeck, Chris Smalling and Phil Jones are all expected to travel with the squad.

"Fabio has already made up his mind to take the youngsters to Euro 2012. Despite success in qualifying, England are in a period of transition and Fabio has been extremely impressed by some of the young players coming through," a source close to Capello stated.

"Obviously form and injuries could alter his thinking but at present at least six youngsters will feature in his final squad."

England have been drawn in Group D alongside France, Ukraine and Sweden.
